We helped engineer a way for these referrals to be incentivized and monetized using technology to reward new relationships and track appointments within a pod.
The scheduling capabilities of what we built allowed many layers of complexity, most notably slot negotiation, which offered professionals additional revenue potential. Our calendar would seamlessly synch appointments across devices and save time with automated notifications to clients.
In order for Podify to be adopted by both sides of the marketplace, it needed to provide the professional the ease and convenience of client accessibility, and clients the flexibility schedule transparency.
We built a billing platform allowing service providers to set up a merchant account to accept all major credit cards through a built-in point-of-sale payment processing system, allowing clients to add gratuity and sign their receipts right on their phone. We also built a service credit feature to allow professionals to sell their most popular packages and bundles and track client activity and renewals.
